AUTHENTIC PERSIAN CUISINE
Let your taste buds discover more about Persian cuisine from Chef Mohammad Hosseini.  Catch him in action, as he prepares a traditional Persian meal, beginning with Kashk-E-Bademjan (sliced roast eggplant topped with sun dried yoghurt, mint and fried onion).  Then try the Lari Chicken (charboiled marinated boneless chicken leg) and complete your meal with Baghlava, a delicious Persian pastry.
Chef Mohammad Hosseini is no stranger to fine dining.  In the past, his culinary magic has added to the renown of one of Dubai’s top two restaurants.  In his endeavour to adapt traditional Persian dishes for local palates, he now creates many signature dishes at Shiraz – the Persian restaurant in which he is the Executive Chef.
